YMCA

Hammond & Neale were engaged by YMCA to Project Manage the redesign and refurbishment of an existing building (previously an aged care facility) into a new special purpose community building for the local Ipswich area. The project involved internal and external refurbishment and upgrades to meet change of use and legislative requirements (such as equal access requirements) as well as upgrade to the associated car parking facilities.
