Matthew Neale

Project Director

Matthew started Hammond & Neale with the vision to make a difference on projects that make a difference. With a background in property development and finance, Matthew found a passion for working in projects that have a real purpose for a community where the project is about more than just bricks and mortar. A Certified Practising Project Director, QBBC licenced project manager and member of the Australian Institute of Project Management, Matthew focuses the Hammond & Neale team on understanding your long-term goals to create a real and ongoing impact in your community.

Nicholas Gray

Senior Project Manager | Associate

Nicholas is a Senior Project Manager and Associate at Hammond & Neale and has been with the team since the early days. Nicholas embodies the Hammond & Neale vision to make a difference on projects that make a difference, and prides himself on fostering a strong team approach to project delivery. With a real passion for the built environment and understanding the importance of front end project control, Nicholas brings invaluable guidance and expertise to any project.

Amy Hennesey

Senior Project Manager

With a background in architecture, Amy brings over fifteen years’ experience to her role as Senior Project Manager with Hammond and Neale. As a strong communicator, Amy takes joy in complex projects that require thoughtful questioning with her clients to understand their vision. She is skilled in collaborating with diverse user groups and stakeholders to achieve the vision, and her ability to problem solve provides enormous value during the construction phase of each project.

Paul Costigan

Senior Project Manager

With a passion for delivering high quality outcomes and an ability to lead positive project teams throughout the life cycle of a project, Paul brings his vast experience as a project manager and property developer to the Hammond & Neale team. With a key focus on delivering exceptional residential, education and community focused projects, Paul brings his end to end project experience, communication skills and depth of knowledge to any project.

Courtney Katsadoros 

Project Manager

Courtney is an experienced Project Manager with a background in construction management, town planning and property development. She is ambitious in her drive to ensure that the projects she delivers meet the client expectation and that clients are afforded the opportunity to be fully engaged in their projects to ensure the purpose and vision of the project is delivered.

Chris Schofield

Project Manager

With over 20 years’ experience as an Architect, Chris brings his extensive knowledge and insight to the Hammond & Neale team. Throughout his professional career, Chris has worked positively and collaboratively with people on the buildings they inhabit. Chris brings a strong set of technical knowledge, interpersonal skills and an ability to navigate through large and complex projects to bring the project vision to life.

Kate Lake

Project Assistant

After joining the team in early 2023, Kate has developed a solid foundation of Project Management knowledge in her role as Project Assistant with Hammond and Neale. As a key member of the project delivery team, Kate thrives on seeing projects delivered to a successful outcome through strong key stakeholder engagement and provides essential project support across a broad range of project sizes and sectors.

Leesa Daniell

Assistant Project Manager

With over 15+ years of experience working across sectors on a broad range of projects, Leesa brings a wealth of knowledge and vibrant enthusiasm to any project. Since joining the Hammond & Neale team in 2023, Leesa has become an integral part of our project delivery team and has a particular passion for working closely with clients delivering social and community housing projects throughout Queensland. 

Mona Koehbach

Project Manager

Mona is a highly experience project manager in the Hammond and Neale team with proven skills in a wide range of sectors. With over 14 years’ experience in the consultancy and construction industry, Mona’s landscape architecture and project management background  helps her to think out of the box and deliver creative ideas and outcomes to meet the project vision.  

Vicki Jefferson

Project Assistant

Vicki joined the Hammond & Neale team in 2023 and brings a strong background in business and project support in the education and construction sectors to the team. With a broad skill set across the construction and education sectors Vicki thrives on supporting the project team to deliver purpose driven project outcomes.
