With a background in project finance, project management and property development spanning a broad range of industries including education, residential, mining accommodation, student accommodation and public spaces, Matthew provides a strategic and commercial approach to project management strategy and compliance, marketing, administration and financial matters. With a strong personal commitment to the community and not-for-profit sector, Matthew particularly enjoys working on projects that lead to the enhancement of his Client’s and the broader community.
A Certified Practising Project Director and member of the Australian Institute of Project Management, Matthew has worked with clients in a broad range of industries for projects ranging in value from several hundred thousand dollars to over $30 million. He utilises these skills to solve complex problems, manage teams in dynamic situations, and achieve timely and efficient project outcomes.

Nicholas is a Senior Project Manager and associate with Hammond & Neale. Nicholas has a diverse background in the construction industry, primarily within the education, age care, residential and commercial sectors. Starting his career in central London with a focus on delivering exemplary developments from Conception through to completion. His Passion for the built environment, understanding of the importance of front end project control and having the ability to adapt, communicate clearly and effectively at all levels has been demonstrated throughout his career as a project manager.
As a senior member of Hammond & Neale, Nicholas brings his diverse skill set, expertise and leadership to the team and is a highly valued member of any project team.

Amy Hennessy

Amy has experience working on a diverse range of projects across a broad range of sectors. As a strong communicator, Amy takes joy in complex projects that require thoughtful questioning with her clients to understand their vision. She is skilled in collaborating with diverse user groups and stakeholders to achieve a common goal, and her ability to problem solve provides enormous value during the construction phase of each project.
After completing her Master of Architecture, Amy gained invaluable experience on a number of projects in the healthcare, community services, education and commercial sectors. More recently Amy has been specialising in delivery on projects for the Department of Education including new learning centres, multipurpose halls, covered areas as well as infill, refurbishment and heritage projects across both primary and secondary campuses.
Paul Costigan
Paul brings vast experience as a project manager and property developer to the Hammond & Neale team. With a key focus on delivering exceptional residential and education and community focused projects, Paul brings his end to end project experience, communication skills and depth of knowledge to any project.

Now retired and living in his home country of England, George’s career has spanned from owning and managing a construction company of up to 350 employees, to directorship of multi-national consultancy firms and further onto private consultancy practice.
George’s ability to build creative relationships at all levels and his enthusiasm for innovative solutions is still a key principal embedded within the H&N team.
