How we work
Hammond & Neale have specific expertise in delivering projects for the education, not for profit, community and accommodation sectors. In addition to the delivery of commercial projects, we have a long history of working with Schools, Universities, Student Accommodation Providers, Kindergartens and Day Care Facilities, Churches, Charities and Sporting Clubs.
We appreciate that development projects in these sectors are rarely an outcome in and of themselves. In many cases, projects are simply a means to achieve a strategic outcome for the organisation, be it increased attendance or participation, improved learning outcomes, or other social benefit of importance to the vision of the organisation. We are able to assist not only by managing the project process, but also by clarifying and identifying the strategic outcomes that drive the project process before a project is commissioned.

- Refurbished entire primary school including classrooms, new library, administration building and playground areas.
- Provided consulting services for land acquisition, disposal and development options for institutional land owners.
- Managed design, feasibility and cost management processes to secure federal and state government project funding.
- Managed the delivery of a school car park within a 10 week window from engagement to completion without disrupting School activities.
